do you work with commercial projects?

yes, we do full-scale commercial projects and we build a wide variety of custom products. we work closely with various artisans specializing in different styles and materials. please email us at info@bali-bungalow to schedule a call.

how do i know if something is in stock?

within the product discription, it will be noted as being "in-stock". pre-order items will have a "pre-order" icon when you try and add them to your cart and it will also tell you the lead time.

do you have a trade program?

yes, we offer trade discounts to licensed designers. email us at info@bali-bungalow.com to apply.

can i pick up my order at your showroom?

yes, please email us at info@bali-bungalow.com with a request for local pickup and we will send over an invoice. once the order is placed, we will reach out to coordinate a pickup time that works best for you.

do you offer white glove delivery service?

yes. we ship most furniture via FedEx Freight to ensure safety, please email us at info@bali-bungalow.com to upgrade to a premium service in which FedEx will take care of the package and pallet removal

do you ship to hawaii / canada?

no, we are unable to ship to hawaii / canada at this time, however we do have clients who facilitate shipping to freight forwarders to those regions
