SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Free Continental US Shipping on orders over $200 - excluding furniture.
All orders ship within 5-7 business days after they have been received via either UPS or USPS. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery once an item has shipped. If there are any delays or back ordered items in your order, you will be notified via email.
We will send you a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
For Hawaii, Alaska and International inquiries, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a shipping quote.
We expect you will be happy with your purchase but should you not be satisfied and wish to return it, please contact email@example.com within 5 days of delivery. Please note that due to the nature of our small business, we only accept store credit.
- Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving them and they must be in their unused and original condition and packaging.
- Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We try our best to make sure all items arrive in perfect condition, however sometimes damages do occur. Please notify us as soon as possible of any damages via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, variations may occur in the color, size, or pattern. These imperfections are not considered damages.
