shipping
all orders ship within 5-7 business day via ups or usps. please allow 7-14 days for delivery. if there are any delays or an item is back ordered, you will be notified via email.
we will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped.
returns
we expect you will be happy with your purchase but should you not be satisfied and wish to return it, please contact info@bali-bungalow.com within 7 days of delivery. please note that due to the nature of our small business, we only accept store credit. return only applies for home decor items, not furniture.
- items must be returned within 14 days after receiving and they must be in their unused, original condition and packaging.
- shipping costs for any returned items are the responsibility of the customer, we suggest using a trackable shipping service to ensure delivery
damages
we try our best to make sure all items arrive in perfect condition, however sometimes damages do occur. please notify us within 5 days of delivery of any damages via email at info@bali-bungalow.com
please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, variations may occur in the color, size, or pattern. these imperfections are not considered damages.
